External committee representation

The College represents the interests of members and their patients in over a hundred jurisdictional and national forums such as:

  • Ministerial and departmental advisory bodies
  • Clinical advisory groups
  • Project steering committees
  • Health sector peak bodies.

The College relies on the support and expertise of its members in fulfilling these roles. We encourage all members to consider participating in opportunities that arise.

Representative selection is determined through an Expression of Interest process. Calls are made through Country Watch when positions are vacant.

As a general rule the positions are pro bono. Dedicated ACRRM staff are available to provide administrative and policy support.
